Intensive Therapy Cancellation Policy

Intensive therapy programs require advanced planning, dedicated clinician time, and reserved space for your child. Because of this, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations made during the program will be charged the full session rate.
This is because time is specifically held for your child’s care.

If Cancelling During an Intensive:

If another intensive is not scheduled within 12 months of your original booking, any remaining deposit balance will be forfeited.

Weekly & Single Session Cancellation Policy

We appreciate early notice when plans change for your weekly visits. Please aim to notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

48+ hours' notice – No charge
Less than 48 hours' notice – Full session rate applies
